Submission 1 — form 7, service-area page
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Timestamp | 2026-10-03 13:24:45 (WordPress clock) |
| Page | /service-areas/woodbury-concrete-coatings/ |
| Form | 7 "Free Quote!" |
| Service Type | Garage Floor Coating |
| WordPress row | YES — submission 2847 |
| Zap fired | YES — 187999791 "One day floor ninja form leads to go high level", Successful, 1 second later |
| Steps run | Ninja Forms (New Form Submission), LeadConnector (Add/Update Contact), LeadConnector (Add Lead to Workflow) |
| MarketSharp | NO — no MarketSharp step exists in that Zap. Never sent. |
| GoHighLevel | YES — contact created AND enrolled in a workflow |
| Cleaned up | NO |
Honeypot field nf-field-hp-7 was deliberately left empty; filling it would have flagged the submission as spam.
Cleanup required for submission 1
- GoHighLevel — delete contact
ZZTest Diagnostic/obi@snaptive.ai, and remove it from the workflow that step 3 enrolled it in. A workflow fired, so automated SMS/email may already have been sent to obi@snaptive.ai. - WordPress — trash submission 2847 under Ninja Forms > Submissions > form 7.
- MarketSharp — nothing to clean. The lead never arrived, which is the finding itself.
Submission 2 — form 16, pricing page
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Attempted | 2026-10-03, approx 14:50 |
| Page | /pricing/ |
| Form | 16 "Pricing Form" |
| Identity | ZZTest / Form16 / obi@snaptive.ai / 215-555-0100 / zip 19151 |
| Result | REJECTED — not submitted. Errors: "Please complete the recaptcha" and "Please correct errors before submitting this form." |
| WordPress row | NO — nothing written. Top row is still Jennifer Davis, 2026-05-07. |
| Zap fired | NO |
| MarketSharp | NO |
| GoHighLevel | NO |
| Cleaned up | Nothing to clean — no record was created anywhere. |
The reCAPTCHA on form 16 is correctly configured and rendering (site key present, Google iframe loaded, grecaptcha available, response empty). It rejected the submission because the submitter was automation, which is correct behaviour. No attempt was made to solve the CAPTCHA.
Implication: forms carrying reCAPTCHA cannot be verified by automation. Forms 16 and 5 need a human test submission to confirm end-to-end delivery.
Other writes performed
None. All MarketSharp activity was read-only (Quick Find searches). No records were created, edited or deleted in MarketSharp. No Zaps were enabled, disabled or edited. No WordPress settings were changed.
Note: opening the MarketSharp Add Lead screen caused the app to mint a contact GUID
(bfff6dda-a2fd-489b-8851-99e5e5fc5a19) on an uncommitted form. All fields were blank and
nothing was submitted, so no record should have been written. Worth a glance at the Leads list
for a blank contact dated 2026-10-03 to be certain.
